race wreck to finish third in his prelim and later rolled off from
the outside of the third row in the 25-lap feature event. The Richmond,
Indiana standout then charged all the way up to second in the headliner
to score an impressive runner-up showing behind only victor Cody

Steve Casebolt Advances
into 46th Annual World 100!
11, 2016) The "Biggest Dirt Race in the World"
took center stage for Tye Twarog Racing over the September 8-10
weekend on the hallowed high-banks of Eldora Speedway in Rossburg,
Ohio, as the 46th version of the 'World 100' drew a healthy 108
car field. The three-day crown jewel showdown at the 1/2-mile, Darke
County speedplant started with a pair of $10,000 to win Twin 25
preliminary programs. On Thursday night, Steve Casebolt ran third
in his heat race prior to winding up twelfth in the final rundown
of the 25-lap sprint. At the "Big E" on Friday evening,
Steve placed fourth in his heat race and fifteenth in the 25-lapper.
When Saturday arrived in the Buckeye State, the stakes were significantly
heightened, as each of the competitors were focused on the whopping
$49,000 winner's check and the famed globe trophy. Steve finished
second in his loaded heat race and later rolled off from the inside
of the fifth row in the 100-lap headliner. The Richmond, Indiana

5, 2016) The #c9 team ventured east to the state of Pennsylvania
with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series for three
big nights of racing action from September 2-4. Things kicked off
at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania with the two-day
'Working Man Weekend.' On Friday night, Steve Casebolt posted the
tenth quickest lap in Group B during qualifying and later wound
up tenth in the final rundown of his $2,500 to win qualifier. Following
a win in the B-Main on Saturday evening, Steve started the 75-lap
'Working Man Weekend' finale from the inside of the ninth row. During
the course of the $20,000 to win main event, the Richmond, Indiana
ace moved up three positions on his way to securing a fourteenth
At Selinsgrove Speedway in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania on Sunday,
the tripleheader wrapped up with the annual running of the 'Late
Model National Open,' which boasted an $8,000 payday. Steve wound
up fifth in his heat race after suffering a flat tire, but later
battled back to earn the second transfer spot through his B-Main.
With the track providing little to no passing during the 40-lapper,

in Great Lakes Shootout in Michigan
29, 2016) Steve Casebolt and the Tye Twarog Racing team
were back on the track at Merritt Speedway in Lake City, Michigan
from August 26-28. The World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series
sanctioned a pair of events in the Wolverine State that made up
the 'Keyser's Great Lakes Shootout.' In the $6,000 to win weekend
opener on Friday night, Steve ran fifth in his heat race and second
in his B-Main to earn the outside tenth row starting spot in the
25-lap sprint. Steve then proceeded to work his way past ten competitors
during the headliner en route to a steady tenth place performance.
Following a rain-out on Saturday evening, the weekend wrapped up
on Sunday with a $10,000 to win finale. Steve placed fifth once
again in his loaded heat race prior to scoring the victory in his
consolation event. After starting the 50-lapper from the inside
of the ninth row, the Richmond, Indiana ace raced hard mid pack
and eventually wound up seventeenth in the final finishing order.

15, 2016) The #c9 team followed the rigorous World of Outlaws
Craftsman Late Model Series schedule to four different tracks in
four different states from August 11-14 for $10,000 to win special
events! Steve Casebolt started his extended weekend on Thursday
at Delaware International Speedway in Delmar, Delaware by finishing
sixth in his heat race, second in his B-Main, and twenty-fourth
in the 50-lap feature after suffering terminal motor issues. On
Friday evening at Potomac Speedway in Budds Creek, Maryland, Steve
placed fourth in his heat race prior to advancing to seventh in
At Winchester Speedway in Winchester, Virginia on Saturday night,
Steve was forced to utilize a provisional to gain access into the
50-lap headliner, but was able to blast past eleven competitors
en route to a respectable twelfth place showing. The hectic four-race
stretch for Tye Twarog Racing wrapped up on Sunday with another
$10,000 to win battle at Eriez Speedway in Hammett, Pennsylvania.
Steve ran second in his heat race, led the first twenty-eight circuits
of the 50-lap main event from the pole position, and eventually

7, 2016) Tye Twarog Racing headed north to the Badger State
of Wisconsin from August 2-6 for World of Outlaws Craftsman Late
Model Series specials at Shawano Speedway in Shawano, Wisconsin
and Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, Wisconsin. On Tuesday in
a $10,000 to win show at Shawano, Steve Casebolt finished eighth
in his heat race, third in his B-Main, and sixteenth in the 50-lap
headliner. At Cedar Lake on Thursday, Steve placed second in his
heat race prior to passing seven competitors during the $6,000 to
win feature event en route to a sterling fourth place performance
behind only victor Josh Richards, Rick Eckert, and Jason Feger!
The stakes were heightened over the weekend at Cedar Lake, as a
whopping $50,000 payday was on the line in the 29th edition of the
'USA Nationals.' Steve timed in ninth fastest in Group B during
Friday night's qualifying session and later grabbed the third and
final transfer spot through his stacked heat race. After rolling

31, 2016) Steve Casebolt and his #c9 team were back on
the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series trail from July
28-30 with special events at Quincy Raceway in Quincy, Illinois
and Fairbury American Legion Speedway in Fairbury, Illinois. On
Thursday night at Quincy, Steve timed in ninth fastest overall during
qualifying prior to running third in his heat race. After starting
the $8,000 to win feature event from the inside of the fifth row,
Steve was able to work past four competitors during the 40-lap affair
to wind up fifth at the checkers behind only winner Shane Clanton,
Rick Eckert, Brian Shirley, and Bobby Pierce!
At FALS over the weekend, a whopping $27,000 top prize was on the
line in the 27th edition of the 'Prairie Dirt Classic.' On Friday
evening, Steve qualified fifth quickest in Group A during time trials
and later scored the victory in his loaded heat race. After drawing
the pole position for Saturday's 100-lap headliner, the Richmond,
Indiana star dominated the first forty-one circuits of the PDC.

(July 16, 2016) Following a long overnight drive,
the Tye Twarog Racing team dropped into Oakshade Raceway in Wauseon,
Ohio today for the final race of the UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals
tour, which boasted a $10,000 payday. Steve Casebolt clicked off
the fourth fastest lap in Group A during qualifying prior to grabbing
the third transfer spot through his heat race. After starting the
60-lapper from the inside of the sixth row, Steve was an early retiree
in the feature, which was contested on a one-groove racing surface.
The Richmond, Indiana ace settled for a twenty-first place showing
in the track's annual 'Birthday Race.'
(July 15, 2016) The Wild West Tour finale was
scheduled for tonight at River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, North
Dakota and a $10,000 top prize was up for grabs. Unfortunately,
wet weather struck at the racetrack following World of Outlaws Craftsman
Late Model Series qualifying and the remainder of the program was

Minnesota has been rained-out and will not be rescheduled. The Wild

time overall during the qualifying session prior to finishing second
in heat race action. After drawing the inside of the third row before

(July 9, 2016) The Wild West Tour continued for
the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series tonight at Deer
Creek Speedway in Spring Valley, Minnesota, as the annual running
of the 'NAPA Auto Parts Gopher 50' boasted an $11,000 payday. Steve
Casebolt placed fifth in his heat race and fourth in his B-Main,
which were unfortunately one spot out of a coveted transfer position.
After taking use of a series provisional to gain access into the
50-lap 'Gopher 50,' Steve blasted past fourteen competitors during

greeted the cars and stars of the national touring series tonight
at Mason City Motor Speedway in Mason City, Iowa. Steve Casebolt

State, as Hamilton County Speedway in Webster City, Iowa presided

off four competitors on his way to a thirteenth place performance.
(July 3, 2016) With another World of Outlaws Craftsman
Late Model Series show succumbing to Mother Nature early in the
day at Lincoln Speedway in Lincoln, Illinois, Steve Casebolt and
his #c9 team were able to beat Mother Nature tonight at Muskingum
County Speedway in Zanesville, Ohio. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt
Series rolled into MCS and a $12,000 top prize was up for grabs.
Steve set a New Track Record during the qualifying session, but
unfortunately suffered a flat tire in his heat race. After storming
to a second place finish in the B-Main, Steve worked his way past

Federated Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Missouri, the Tye Twarog Racing
team bolted to the legendary Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown,
Indiana tonight for the unsanctioned 'Born Free 40.' Steve Casebolt
timed in third quickest in his group during qualifying and later
ran second in his heat race at the 1/4-mile oval. The Richmond,
Indiana hotshoe then started the $5,000 to win A-Main from the inside
of the third row and quickly moved up to third, which is where he
finished on the podium behind only race winner Devin Gilpin and
runner-up Michael Chilton!

Summer Nationals tilt, which paid $10,000 to the winner. Steve Casebolt

inside of the fifth row in the 50-lap headliner, Steve motored past
a trio of competitors on his way to a strong sixth place showing

(June 30, 2016) The dirt-covered Rockford Speedway
near Rockford, Illinois played host to the inaugural 'Outlaw Clay
Classic' tonight, which kicked off an ultra-busy stretch of racing
for the Tye Twarog Racing team. The single-day World of Outlaws
Craftsman Late Model Series throwdown in the Land of Lincoln paid
$10,000 to win and attracted a stout 34 car field. Steve Casebolt
placed fourth in his loaded heat race and later started the 30-lapper
from the outside of the seventh row. Steve then survived the rough-and-tumble
main event to walk away from Rockford with a tenth place effort.

25, 2016) A busy day greeted the #c9 team today at Lernerville
Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania, as a day/night doubleheader was
held to wrap up the annual 'Firecracker 100' weekend. In the rain-postponed
$6,000 to win prelim, Steve Casebolt ran fourth in his heat race
and later started the 30-lap main event from the outside of the
seventh row. At the checkers, Steve had moved up one spot to finish
the race in the thirteenth position.
In the nightcap, a whopping $30,000 winner's check was up for grabs
in the 'Firecracker 100.' Steve once again grabbed the fourth and
final transfer spot through his heat race, which earned him the
rights to the outside of the eighth row for the start of the 100-lap
grind. The Richmond, Indiana standout put forth a solid effort during
the extra-distance affair and eventually claimed a thirteenth place

programs. On Thursday night, Steve Casebolt ran second in his heat
race and later led the first fourteen circuits of the $5,000 to
win main event before unfortunately blowing a right rear tire, which
unfortunately dropped him to twentieth in the final rundown. In
the $10,000 to win show on Friday evening, Steve finished third
in his heat race and thirteenth in the 25-lap sprint.
When Saturday rolled around at the "Big E," all eyes
were fixated on the whopping $100,000 winner's check in 'Dream XXII.'
Steve scored an impressive triumph in his heat race and later started
