Steve Casebolt Racing is proud to announce partnership with car owner Bob Harris. Over the offseason Steve and Bob began talks of an alliance to allow Bob to continue his involvement in dirt late model racing. Casebolt will join Harris Motorsports as driver and team manager. "I am excited to be able to join Bob in his racing endeavors for the upcoming season", stated Steve.

Harris has owned teams in the past with drivers such as Dale McDowell and Wendell Wallace. Steve has moved the Shelbyville, TN based team to his shop in Richmond, IN. Casebolt will have Two new Harris owned Rocket cars at his disposal. "This has started out to be a very good situation for me as a racecar driver, instead of spending so much time worrying about finances I can focus on what I want to do and that is race", said Steve.

The team plans to once again carry sponsorship from longtime sponsor Dixie Chopper Lawn Mowers and add sponsorship from Preferred Sandblasting and Painting in order to follow the extremely competitive Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. Steve will retain current crewmembers, Jim Focht and Kier Hoover. "I consider myself to be very fortunate to have so many good people that want to be a part of what Harris Motorsports and I have going on, I plan to do the best job possible for them". [more]
