Steve Casebolt Heads to Sunoco ALMS and Lucas Oil
Series Events

RICHMOND,
IN (June 27, 2007) - Steve Casebolt and the Beitler
Enterprises Team competed in two Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt
Series sanctioned events this past weekend and had and up
and down weekend. On Friday Steve competed at Fayetteville
Motor Speedway in North Carolina and struggled all night
with the handling on his car. Steve transferred through
the b-main finishing second. The Richmond, Indiana driver
struggled for most of the event before being caught up in
a multi car wreck ending his night finishing 19th in the
final run down. Saturday, Steve and the team traveled to
Virginia Motor Speedway in Saluda Virginia for another
Lucas Oil Series event. The recent Dream winner would have
to use a series provisional to start the feature event
from the 23rd starting position. Steve moved forward
through most of the 50-lap feature and finished 10th in
the final run earning the Edelbrock Hard Charger Award.
The 2006 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt
Series rookie of the year has one win on the series in 2007 and is
currently second in the series national points standings 100 points
behind Earl Pearson Jr.
This coming weekend Steve will
compete in two Sunoco ALMS sanctioned events this Friday and
Saturday in Michigan at I-96 Speedway and Thunderbird Raceway Park.
Steve will use his own equipment at these two events. After
competing in Michigan, Steve will travel to Portsmouth Raceway Park
in Portsmouth, Ohio on Sunday to compete in the Lucas Oil Late Model
Dirt Series sanctioned Pepsi 75. From there Steve and the Beitler
Enterprises team will travel to Muskingum County Speedway for
another Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series tabbed as the Crenos 50 on
Tuesday July 3rd, thus completing the holiday weekend. The following
weekend the team will travel to Tazewell Speedway on Friday July 6th
in Tazewell, TN for another 50-lap $10,000 to win Lucas Oil Series
sanctioned event. From there the team will travel to Volunteer
Speedway in Bulls Gap, TN on Saturday July 7th for a 50-lap $10,000
to win Lucas Oil Series sanctioned event.
